Project Assurance Framework

Infrastructure Tasmania has established a Project Assurance Framework to monitor infrastructure delivery and delivery capacity. The Framework provides a structured approach for the independent assessment of the health and viability of projects and programs.

It will do this through in-depth reviews, checks and reporting mechanisms.

Project assurance is a third-party assessment that is designed to support project development and delivery by early identification and understanding of gaps and risks to ensure project success. Project assurance is not an audit, approval or endorsement process.

Infrastructure Tasmania has established a panel of third party, expert reviewers who will carry out the review process in line with the Framework. This service is available to all Tasmanian Government Agencies on a voluntary, opt in basis.
