Major Infrastructure Projects

The Major Infrastructure Project’s team, within Infrastructure Tasmania, plans and delivers designated major and complex bespoke infrastructure projects, including integrated public infrastructure projects, capital works projects and initiatives within Tasmania.

This includes careful planning, coordination, and execution to ensure the successful completion of these projects and initiatives. The team's role involves overseeing various aspects of project management, including feasibility studies, design, procurement, contract management, construction, and whole of life asset costs.

The team works closely with all levels of government, local communities, and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure projects and initiatives that align with Tasmania's strategic developmental goals and contributes to its growth and prosperity.
