Strategy, Housing, Infrastructure and Planning

Strategy, Housing, Infrastructure and Planning comprises the following divisions: Policy, Strategy and Projects, Infrastructure Tasmania, Bridgewater Bridge.

Policy, Strategy and Projects provides a centralised policy, project and strategy liaison service for the agency, and supports and leads the delivery of key projects such as the Hobart City Deal, Greater Hobart Committee, Tasmania's Population Policy, and urban renewal related projects.

Infrastructure Tasmania delivers a strategic, coordinated and state wide approach to the planning and delivery of the state’s infrastructure, including rail, major roads, energy, ports and water and sewerage.
